I began in frontline healthcare before moving into enterprise operations, strategy, and digital transformation at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where I spent over a decade partnering with executives, clinicians, technology teams, and regulators to modernize workflows, improve operational performance, and deliver large-scale digital initiatives.
Over time my role naturally evolved beyond program delivery into product leadership — translating business problems into product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, defining success metrics, governing delivery, and driving adoption across multidisciplinary teams.
In 2026, I founded MyBoon.ai to move from specifying AI products to building them. Today I design and develop AI-powered platforms, intelligent workflow automation, conversational AI, and operational analytics products that help organizations improve efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.
